Instructions:
1. Newly born departed one: Burning this mantra wheel continuously for 49 days to help the departed one overcome fear, confusion, and anxiety in the bardo world, and avoid reincarnation to the woeful states. And by the power of the mantra may the departed one is born in the pure land.

2. Deceased souls: Burn this mantra wheel during ancestor worship, Qingming, the first day of lunar month, the fifteenth day of the lunar month, Zhongyuan Festival (the 15th day of the seventh lunar month), and departed days of dead souls. The departed ones, both natural and unnatural dead souls can lead to salvation.

3. Burn this mantra wheel at dusk every day, which can save the hostile relatives and creditors as well as lonely ghosts for many generations.
